Description
The REDD+ Huitora project is located in the Colombian Amazon, in the department of Caquetá, and brings together 5 indigenous reservations of the Huitoto and Murui Wito peoples, where activities are carried out to Reduce Emissions from Deforestation and Degradation that promote the sustainable development of communities in their territories. The project comprises more than 90,245.4 hectares of territory and more than 80,000 hectares of natural forests.
